This cue is another facsimile of George Gray's Champion Cue. A more common version of this cue was made by E.J. Riley Limited.
This version was made by G. W. Briggs of Harrogate, a billiards company about which very little is known.
The cue has an ash shaft on a hand-spliced ebony butt. It was probably made around 1911.
