The Cue Collector - The Mascot Cue (1st Edition)
This is a first edition Mascot Cue.  It has an ebony butt, hand-spliced onto an ash shaft and inlaid with a green veneer.

The Mascot Cue was made by Burroughes & Watts from the 1930s through to the late 1960s.

The Mascot Cue was advertised as made from selected ash but it ranked at the bottom of the Burroughes & Watts range of "named" hand-spliced cues.
circa 1930-1940
