The Read's Champion Cue has a plain ebony butt handspliced onto an ash shaft. On the front of the cue, there is a dark brown frontsplice, edged with a maple veneer.
I have not been able to find out much about this cue and I do not know the manufacturer.
The style of the badge and the cue suggests that it was probably made in the 1950s.
